Here is the just-released poster
for Craig Zobel's psychodrama "Compliance", which opens in New York City on
August 17. The much-talked about film, which got enormous attention at
Sundance, including a tense and unnerving post-film Q&A in its world premiere
there in January, stars Ann Dowd, Dreama Walker and Pat Healy.
Inspired by true events, including at a fast food restaurant in Mount
Washington, Kentucky in 2004, "Compliance" tells the story of a 19-year-old
restaurant employee who is subjected to five hours of nightmarish treatment
after being accused of theft by a police officer.
"Compliance" opens in Los Angeles and San Francisco on August 24 and in
additional select U.S. cities on that date and beyond.
